"The Mailer"
"The Mailer" is an envelope of coupons or ads from local businesses. The envelope is mailed to the Brandon Valley School District (not just Brandon). Currently, that means that over 9,000 households receive this mailing.
The Brandon Valley Optimist Club has been organizing this biannual project since 2010. This includes:
finding project advertisers
coordinating ad creation
overseeing coupon collation
facilitating the mailing of the envelopes
Although it is a huge amount of work, it is by far our largest and most important fund raiser for the club AND WE APPRECIATE EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS!
From a business standpoint, The Mailer is the best and most cost effective direct mailing you can utilize. On top of that, any profit generated from the project goes directly back into the community.
